- Your account must not show signs of bulk registration, account sharing, refund abuse, abnormal usage, or other conduct that could affect service fairness.
If your account has already used a significant amount of credits, submitted many generation tasks, or otherwise substantially consumed the purchased service, we may be unable to approve a refund.
3. Situations Where Refunds Are Generally Not Available
Refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- The account has already reached or exceeded the refund task limit.
- More than 10% of the purchased credits have been used.
- The purchase was not your first purchase, or it relates to a renewal, repeat purchase, or additional credits.
